  • Experience in managing business pipelines

  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries
  • Escalate client inquiries to internal stakeholders
  • Manage manual client processes
  • Manage manual project processes
  • Validate quotes for non-autonomous clients
  • Validate timesheets for non-autonomous clients
  • Oversee Purchase Order (PO) management
  • Manage billing-related topics
  • Facilitate smooth invoicing flows
  • Provide administrative support for VMS staffing
  • Provide administrative support for documentation processes
  • Anticipate ending projects
  • Support the project renewal process
  • Act as a Business Partner to Account Managers
  • Build strong collaboration with Account Managers
  • Build strong relationships with Account Managers
  • Become an expert on client contracts
  • Ensure correct application of client contracts
  • Ensure business delivery success
