Customer Issue Resolution Representative CER(m/w/x)
Resolving customer billing, collections, and complaint issues for a new healthcare company. Bachelor's degree and customer service/finance experience required. 4-day work week, company car for private use.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (business, economics preferred)
- Customer service, finance, supply chain, or sales experience
- Customer service processes and systems experience (S4-Hana / SAP, Sales Force)
- Strong customer facing skills (professional, positive, tactful demeanor)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational, and planning skills
- Adaptability, initiative, accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement mindset
- Problem solving using judgment, research, and analytic skills
- Financial statements analysis, negotiation, credit and financial counsel skills
- Disciplined, organized, and resilient
- Fluent German language skills
- Good English language skills
- Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
Tasks
- Handle customer issues related to billing, collections, and complaints
- Manage disputes, returns, adjustments, and collection activities
- Secure timely payment and short cycle times for customer complaints
- Partner with customers and internal quality teams to resolve delinquent accounts
- Perform vigorous collection activities on past due accounts
- Work independently within defined credit policies and procedures
- Handle sensitive and confidential financial data
- Build credibility and trust with customers and businesses
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately
- Use SAP/S4-Hana and Salesforce systems
- Maintain current SAP training and certifications
- Interpret policies and regulations
- Investigate and resolve customer problems
- Communicate with other departments and providers
- Identify and implement service solutions
