Personalized customer service for luxury fashion e-commerce, handling calls and emails. Previous luxury retail customer service experience required. Up to 32 days holiday, 10 days/year mobile office abroad.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in luxury retail or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with customer communication technology
- Familiarity with e-commerce-related technology
- Good computer skills, especially MS Office
- Conscientiousness handling customer data
- Flexibility and resilience
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Native-level proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken)
- Excellent English skills
- Additional languages are a plus
Tasks
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Promote brand loyalty through personalized service
- Respond efficiently to customer requests
- Handle phone calls and emails accurately
- Meet high service and KPI standards
- Establish relationships with relevant customers
- Collaborate with Payments, Customs, Warehouse, and Shipping
