Tasks

  • Manage customer inquiries for the DACH region
  • Provide proactive, solution-oriented support
  • Ensure excellent service delivery from order to cash
  • Follow up with customers and coordinate with internal teams
  • Provide accurate information on logistics and products
  • Explain commercial policies and terms & conditions
  • Handle and resolve complaints from start to finish
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Propose ideas and support projects to enhance customer experience
  • Act as a partner to Sales for a seamless customer journey
