- Identify key customer journey touchpoints for inspirational content
- Coordinate with Graphics and Brand teams on engaging content
- Analyze and report on CRM campaign performance
- Translate campaign insights into actionable optimization recommendations
- Design and execute A/B tests to maximize effectiveness
- Drive deeper personalization across all CRM measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution
- Ensure strategic alignment with sales, marketing, and editorial
- Monitor CRM trends, technologies, and emerging AI applications
- Explore AI to enhance personalization and operational efficiency
