- •Experience in CRM and/or membership programs and strategies
- •Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- •Ownership of designing and delivering new initiatives
- •Customer-focused and passionate about data-driven decision making
- •Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven
- •Fluency in English (local language is a plus)
- •Language: English (UK)
- •Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (such as Hightouch)

- •Drive the loyalty program
- •Support omni-channel acquisition and retention plans
- •Grow member engagement and lifetime value
- •Implement global CRM and loyalty strategies
- •Support regional initiatives for benefits and services
- •Manage external partnerships
- •Coordinate loyalty activities and program rollouts
- •Provide in-store education
- •Act as the regional point of contact for loyalty
- •Share insights and KPIs
