- Design solutions focused on automation and user experience
- Identify process improvements to exceed business results
- Coordinate with cross-functional IT and operations teams
- Position effective cross-product solutions for the industry
- Drive adoption of industry best practices and technical leadership
- Monitor emerging industry trends and competitive landscapes
- Share ServiceNow expertise with teams and clients
