Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in credit brokerage, financial advisory, and customer-facing sales role
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience in a 360 sales role and/or outbound prospecting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented work ethic with attention to detail, determination, and drive
  • Obsessive about delivering high-level customer service
  • Extremely well-organised and analytical, able to work under pressure
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
  • Ability to engage and establish strong working relationships
  • Self-starter who works backwards from targets for effective execution
  • Fluency in German and English

Tasks

  • Engage and manage SME customers during their lending application process
  • Prospect outbound customers from CRM and other channels
  • Articulate various finance options available to customers
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market, and competition
  • Deliver a top-notch lending experience by understanding lenders and products
  • Interact and manage operations with lending partners
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects in Salesforce
  • Share success stories and insights with the wider organization
