Requirements
- •Minimum 3 years experience in credit brokerage, financial advisory, and customer-facing sales role
- •Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- •Experience in a 360 sales role and/or outbound prospecting
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Results-oriented work ethic with attention to detail, determination, and drive
- •Obsessive about delivering high-level customer service
- •Extremely well-organised and analytical, able to work under pressure
- •Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- •Ability to engage and establish strong working relationships
- •Self-starter who works backwards from targets for effective execution
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Stay updated on industry trends, market, and competition

- •Maintain accurate information on prospects in Salesforce
- •Share success stories and insights with the wider organization
