- Maintain deep clinical expertise in oncology and hematology
- Lead scientific engagement with external experts and medical societies
- Integrate German patient and physician perspectives into strategy
- Represent the company at scientific congresses and advisory boards
- Deliver scientific presentations to clinicians, pharmacists, and payers
- Support local clinical operations and ensure headquarters alignment
- Assess and guide internal and external medical education strategies
- Contribute medical expertise to launch and market access strategies
- Review promotional and scientific materials for regulatory compliance
