Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- •Experience developing and executing complex strategies at country level
- •Experience in health economics, patient-reported outcomes, retrospective data analyses, epidemiology, or health services research projects
- •Experience developing pharma/health-economic models for publication or interactive use with customers
- •Experience working in a regulated industry
- •Proven successful project management and leadership skills
- •Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
- •Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and relationship management
- •Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- •Recognized as an expert within sub-functions and across related areas
- •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly changing environment
- •Strict attention to detail and adherence to company rules and requirements

- •Translate market insights into growth initiatives
- •Lead customer-centric execution and coordinate cross-BU capabilities
- •Engage with national societies and industry associations
- •Lead strategic account engagement plans
- •Ensure cohesive execution across key accounts
- •Chair the Country Leadership Team governance
- •Foster a cohesive and inclusive work environment
- •Lead local Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives
- •Oversee in-country operations and supplier contracts
- •Lead crisis management efforts in compliance with regulations
- •Promote the company’s reputation through strategic communication
- •Coordinate patient advocacy strategies with regional Public Affairs
- •Perform additional responsibilities to support strategic goals
