- Experience with co-promoted products and managing intercompany relationships
Tasks
- Lead commercial execution and co-promotion of immunology therapies
- Develop and implement strategic and annual business plans
- Oversee financial performance and budget management
- Manage sales force, commercial operations, training, and analytics
- Prepare for future launches of Regeneron’s immunology pipeline
- Attract and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to marketing, market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies
- Advocate Regeneron’s vision and mission to various communities
- Promote the company’s profile and ensure compliant relations
- Contribute to international leadership strategies
- Ensure understanding and ownership of performance standards
- Maintain consistency between local and global policies
- Drive affiliate implementation of Regeneron’s mission and values
- Develop effective relationships with collaboration partners
