- Act as a key medical function in a matrix organization
- Foster integrated partnerships with internal teams and external experts
- Strengthen understanding of products, their safe use, and treated conditions
- Ensure all medical activities are scientifically grounded, timely, and budgeted
- Offer strategic medical and scientific expertise for Medical Affairs deliverables
- Develop and maintain integrated partnerships to address local needs
- Advance understanding of compounds in development and treated diseases
- Engage with key external experts and internal stakeholders
- Ensure Medical Affairs activities deliver value and scientific validity
