• •Integrated marketing knowledge in Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, SEO, AI Optimization, or Conversion Rate Optimization
• •Proven track record in management of large client accounts
• •Ability to lead and drive digital marketing solutions
• •Ability to thrive in a matrix organization
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills
• •Proven track record to drive digital agenda and manage digital initiatives
• •Demonstrated track record of planning and managing complex digital marketing initiatives
• •Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• •Proven track record in financial services or payment industry

• •Deliver exceptional digital marketing projects driven by data analytics
• •Support sales of digital marketing projects through Mastercard’s sales teams
• •Create and execute Marketing Services projects focused on financial performance

• •Address business needs such as acquisition, activation, and retention
• •Achieve project execution within agreed milestones and budget
• •Collaborate with external marketing partners for innovative solutions
• •Manage creative development and media planning to meet client needs
