Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS or Cloud software roles
  • Proven track record owning and delivering against ARR targets
  • Strong sales acumen including territory planning and negotiation
  • Experience working with asset-intensive industries
  • Comfort engaging technical users and business decision-makers
  • Experience driving product adoption and account growth post-sale
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales/customer success tools
  • Self-starter who can operate autonomously

  • Identify and qualify opportunities for CONNECT platform products
  • Engage technical and business stakeholders to build buying coalitions
  • Drive and close new SaaS/Cloud platform deals
  • Negotiate commercial terms based on value and usage patterns
  • Support onboarding and deployment strategies
  • Develop usage and expansion plans with customers
  • Monitor usage trends and address adoption gaps
  • Influence post-sale expansion by promoting new use cases
  • Advocate for customers to shape product roadmap and support
  • Capture customer insights to enhance product-market fit
  • Inform commercial model and onboarding approaches
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams
