- •Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
- •Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- •Experience delivering client-focused solutions
- •Ability to manage multiple projects and demands while maintaining attention to detail
- •Strong communication skills in a complex matrix with clients and partners
- •Knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills
- •BA/BS or MA/MS degree in IT, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
- •Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree
- •Consultative selling experience in technical solutions
- •Relationship management experience
- •Subject matter expertise in 1+ areas (e.g. Cloud, Network, Cybersecurity, AI)
- •Cross-functional team management experience
- •Communication skills in a complex matrix with clients and partners

- •Serve as the main point of contact for customer account management
- •Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- •Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit

- •Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders
- •Develop new business with existing clients
- •Identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
- •Forecast and track key account metrics
- •Prepare reports on account status
