Tasks

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer account management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
  • Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients
  • Identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage challenging client requests or issue escalations
  • Take charge of customer satisfaction and account P&L
  • Ensure account compliance and maintain a stellar reputation
