Selling industrial software solutions for energy, infrastructure, chemicals, and minerals. SaaS or DaaS solutions sales experience required. International client base.
Requirements
- Proven track record in solution-based sales
- Business development and customer acquisition experience
- Ability to deliver individual sales targets
- Experience selling SaaS or DaaS solutions
- Ability to close complex software agreements
- Fluency in English and local language
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Independent and collaborative work style
- Industrial, engineering, or automation software experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce and MEDDPICC framework
Tasks
- Identify and engage new customers
- Secure new business opportunities
- Nurture relationships with existing accounts
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and execute detailed account plans
- Prospect and qualify sales leads
- Close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams
- Monitor industry trends and competitor products
- Maintain expertise in product offerings
- Deliver compelling sales presentations
- Resolve customer issues proactively
- Manage sales pipelines using Salesforce
- Apply MEDDPICC sales methodology
