Tasks

  • Develop and execute high-quality pastry concept
  • Collaborate with Head Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef
  • Plan and prepare desserts, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, doughs, breads, rolls, chocolates
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak service
  • Set up bakery station and prepare coffee breaks
  • Maintain high quality and presentation standards
  • Guide team members in recipes, portion sizes, preparation standards
  • Monitor raw materials, ensure recipe compliance, minimize food waste
  • Comply with health, safety, and HACCP standards
  • Organize, clean, and sanitize pastry work area
  • Contribute to system and process improvements
