Description

In this role, you will drive operational excellence by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating vital medical equipment logistics to support field staff and healthcare providers.

Requirements

Tasks

• •Serve as the primary contact for customers and field staff
• •Process order entries and manage held orders
• •Coordinate backorders and urgent inventory shipments
• •Prepare customer offers and assist with local tenders
• •Administer loaner equipment shipments, collections, and refills
• •Maintain loaner and consignment contracts and reports
• •Distribute price files and commercial documentation
• •Generate monthly and quarterly HCDP reports
• •Track issues and requests using a ticketing system
• •Coordinate express deliveries and internal transfers
• •Maintain accurate records of interactions and shipments
• •Follow all quality policies and compliance regulations
• •Uphold ethical business practices and professional conduct
