  • •Achieve specified service level targets
  • •Ensure optimal planning of fulfillment activities
  • •Communicate supply bottlenecks in a timely manner
  • •Liaise between local teams and international partners
  • •Share critical sales order process information
  • •Review weekly service reports and propose local actions
  • •Manage waste targets through cross-departmental handling
  • •Administer master data management and SAP APO
  • •Support service management with reporting analysis
  • •Recommend actions to prevent service risks
  • •Oversee the donation process according to local guidelines
  • •Ensure accurate co-manufacturing order creation
  • •Act in compliance with ethical and legal standards
