Inventory & Consignment Specialist(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Compliance with governmental laws and regulations
• Completion of introductory and annual training

Tasks

• Manage hospital consignment inventories end to end
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts at hospital sites
• Reconcile physical inventory with system data
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and variances
• Maintain accurate and auditable consignment records
• Link consigned inventory to actual sales usage
• Support timely billing for consumed or missing inventory
• Prevent revenue leakage and reduce write-off risks
• Build manual control processes to improve data transparency
• Perform data cleanup and validation across systems
• Provide documentation and reporting for management audits
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
• Address consignment inventory questions and issues
• Follow quality policies and confidentiality procedures
• Complete all required compliance and regulatory training
• Uphold ethical business practices and professional standards
