- Proven track record in FMCG or Online Marketplaces

- Past experience managing high-stakes enterprise relationships
- Experience navigating complexities of large-scale commercial deals
- Strong strategic thinking
- Excellent financial literacy
- Experience with P&L ownership
- Ability to build robust business cases
- Deep experience using sales KPIs
- Experience using CRM/Sales tools for performance diagnosis and efficiency
- Strategic coaching ability for performance improvement
- Ability to find narrative beyond raw numbers
- Ability to translate complex commercial datasets into compelling stories
- Ability to secure stakeholder buy-in and justify roadmap pivots
- Ability to thrive in high-paced environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographies and time zones

- Drive sales excellence for Independent and Key Account teams
- Drive process efficiency for Independent and Key Account teams
- Work cross-functionally
- Influence key stakeholders
- Ensure alignment and execution across all markets
- Partner with Country Directors and Local Commercial Leaders
- Align local market strategies with global commercial objectives
- Act as a critical friend to local leadership
- Support and challenge local leadership on core metrics
- Ensure countries hit performance targets
- Provide systematic feedback to Global functions
- Ensure global priorities reflect frontline reality
- Drive successful implementation of global projects
- Collaborate with Product, Group Strategy, and Global Commercial teams
- Own the cluster's Go-To-Market strategy
- Ensure seamless adoption of new tools and processes
- Identify and drive cluster-specific projects
- Ensure projects deliver value without global overlap
- Act as key commercial stakeholder for Product and Engineering
- Synthesize market feedback and competitive intelligence
- Create actionable business cases to influence product roadmap
- Align product development with cluster revenue opportunities
- Align product development with customer needs
- Reinforce consistent ways of working across local teams
- Act as a role model for commercial excellence
- Drive a culture of best-practice sharing
- Transform market successes into cluster blueprints
