- Monitor the sales pipeline for timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities
- Ensure alignment with global sales processes
- Act as primary point of contact for DACH sales
- Provide insights on DACH market trends
- Develop localized strategies for market growth
- Align with other departments for regional support
- Track and forecast sales metrics
- Analyze team performance and identify improvements
- Provide regular updates to the Chief Commercial Officer
- Optimize sales team efficiency with tools and processes
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively
