  • Serve as the main point of contact for large named accounts
  • Understand clients' business and IT challenges
  • Drive value for clients while maximizing revenue
  • Focus on growing base business and new opportunities
  • Manage account planning through scheduled reviews
  • Leverage external partners for solution sales
  • Spend significant time directly with customers
  • Interface with various levels within customer organizations
  • Develop business plans in collaboration with customers
  • Apply consultative-selling techniques to identify opportunities
  • Maintain high customer loyalty and build trust
  • Achieve and manage quarterly and annual quotas
  • Enter and update opportunities in the pipeline tool weekly
