Tasks

  • Craft compelling materials for top-tier VCs
  • Maintain a pristine and current data room for investors
  • Coordinate founder schedules for investor meetings and roadshows
  • Build and nurture the Telekinesis community through content and events
  • Position the company as a thought leader in robotics and AI
  • Create engagement loops to turn users into advocates
  • Manage founder priorities, follow-ups, and scheduling
  • Connect strategy and execution across engineering, product, and business
  • Drive high-priority decisions to completion
  • Manage relationships with strategic partners and hardware vendors
  • Screen and evaluate robotics hardware options
  • Negotiate terms and manage ongoing vendor relationships
  • Design lightweight processes for team alignment
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure synchronization
  • Assist in high-stakes customer or partner situations
  • Support recruiting for critical technical roles
  • Source candidates and run initial screenings
  • Coordinate interview loops to build a world-class team
