- Fluent English

Tasks
- Partner with sales leadership to develop go-to-market strategies
- Track pipeline health and drive accountability
- Analyze existing processes and identify bottlenecks
- Design and implement scalable solutions
- Coordinate between Sales, Operations, and leadership
- Unblock teams and drive organizational change
- Monitor and track key initiatives
- Provide insights to founders and leadership
- Prioritize and execute the founders' agenda
- Own high-priority projects from start to finish
- Translate business requirements into practical solutions
- Bring structure, speed, and accountability to projects
