- Design lightweight processes for team alignment
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure synchronization
- Assist in high-stakes customer or partner situations
- Support recruiting for critical technical roles
- Source candidates and run initial screenings
- Coordinate interview loops to build a world-class team
