  • Manage sales motion to drive growth and profitability
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team
  • Coach team members for top individual and team sales performance
  • Engage with partner executives to understand business contexts
  • Build trust and deliver HPE’s value proposition
  • Create early-stage opportunities with top customers and partners
  • Collaborate with BU leaders in GreenLake and Storage
  • Maximize cross-HPE team efficiency and customer success
  • Assist the team in overcoming barriers and obstacles
  • Establish sales methodology for end-to-end sales management
  • Manage sales planning and ensure consistent execution
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts
  • Conduct won/loss deal analysis for the broader team
