Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large-scale organizational change
  • Background in HR, People Transformation, OD, or enterprise change
  • Strong senior-leader influencing capability
  • Experience applying structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR)
  • Demonstrated success embedding change, not just delivering plans
  • Enterprise Systems Thinking
  • Change Ownership & Adoption Discipline
  • Behavioral Insight & Intervention Design
  • Senior Stakeholder Influence
  • Global Agility & Cultural Intelligence
  • Facilitation & Narrative Creation
  • Execution in Ambiguity
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
  • Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required

  • Drive workforce and capability transformation initiatives
  • Facilitate culture and ways-of-working shifts
  • Develop talent-focused change strategies and plans
  • Execute talent-focused change strategies and plans
  • Conduct impact assessments
  • Perform readiness diagnostics
  • Map stakeholders
  • Partner with HR leadership
  • Collaborate with HRBPs
  • Work with HR Talent Management colleagues
  • Engage with executive sponsors
  • Coordinate with Transformation teams
  • Align with Strategy teams
  • Liaise with Communication teams
  • Support Program teams
