Tasks
- Shape and accelerate the Home category across DACH
- Partner with the Head of Home to develop marketing strategies
- Create impactful brand communications based on insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns
- Build campaigns across TV, digital, in-store, and events
- Leverage consumer and market data for marketing strategies
- Review performance using A/B Testing
- Manage category budgets with Media and PR teams
- Collaborate with Key Account Manager for retailer activations
- Lead special projects to drive category excellence
- Promote a culture of experimentation and knowledge sharing
