- Support interdisciplinary and global projects
- Record process and system requirements from operational service
- Ensure sustainable process documentation
- Advise and train local service units on global processes
- Conduct training sessions and optimize training documentation
- Organize and perform system tests for changes and updates
- Coordinate projects on processes, organization, and digitalization
