- Understanding of German reimbursement system
- Proven project and process management skills (Classic and Agile)

- Experience in pharma/medical device reimbursement or payer/disease management functions
- Previous IT industry experience (e-commerce, Salesforce) and working with international teams is advantageous

- Experience in building products
- Certified Project Management Trainings (e.g. Scrum, PMP, Six Sigma)

Tasks
- Architect business processes from creation to optimization
- Optimize core processes like text recognition and document verification
- Manage e-invoice creation and interface with roaming partners
- Drive operational excellence by closing process gaps
- Resolve interface and system errors
- Improve operational processes and customer experience
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for process improvements
- Handle document-related topics and coordinate improvement measures
- Manage eKV creation processes and prescription verification
- Ensure procedural compliance with statutory health insurance contracts
- Coordinate technical and process actions to resolve interface issues
- Support accurate and timely invoicing
- Translate statutory health insurance rules into operational processes
- Reduce processing errors through targeted optimization
- Derive process improvements from clearing cases
- Prevent recurring disruptions
- Serve as central point of contact for complex inquiries
- Collaborate to correct deviations from upstream processes
- Oversee end-to-end supply workflow
- Manage RSP status and handle clearing cases
- Develop recommendations considering financial impact and contractual requirements
- Manage network of internal stakeholders and health insurance partners
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Conduct benchmarking and apply best practices
