Tasks
- Advise VPs and AVPs on business strategy
- Lead and own business performance reviews
- Translate data into actionable growth recommendations
- Design and manage scorecards and KPIs
- Monitor GRR, NRR, and adoption trends
- Develop remediation plans for at-risk customers
- Drive headcount and budget planning with Finance
- Prepare insights for QBRs and customer meetings
- Manage the cadence of priority reporting deliverables
- Facilitate strategic planning and operational reviews
- Lead internal communications and executive visibility
- Create compelling All Hands and newsletter materials
- Curate social content to strengthen team culture
- Support VP participation in internal events
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
