- •Develop remediation plans for at-risk customers
- •Drive headcount and budget planning with Finance
- •Prepare insights for QBRs and customer meetings
- •Manage the cadence of priority reporting deliverables
- •Facilitate strategic planning and operational reviews
- •Lead internal communications and executive visibility
- •Create compelling All Hands and newsletter materials
- •Curate social content to strengthen team culture
- •Support VP participation in internal events
- •Foster a culture of continuous improvement
