Business Development Specialist, Clinical Supply Services(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Life Sciences, or related field)
- 1-3 years experience in business development, sales support, lead generation, or B2B commercial roles
- Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical services) advantageous
- Multiple languages preferred, English and German fluently, French beneficial
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills
- Commercial mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
- Ability to use AI tools

- Collaborative team player across functions and geographies
- Comfortable working with data, processes, and structured workflows
Tasks
- Support lead generation and prospecting
- Develop and maintain sales pipeline
- Engage with customers to understand needs
- Present company capabilities to prospects
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Track sales opportunities
- Coordinate RFIs, QIFs, and quotations
- Develop competitive proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams on offers
- Support pricing and scope definition
- Prepare commercial documentation
- Act as commercial interface for early-stage opportunities
- Support team members during absences
- Assist with customer onboarding
- Facilitate internal handovers
- Conduct market intelligence and data analysis
- Contribute to competitive analysis
- Participate in industry events and trade shows
- Ensure CRM accuracy and reporting
- Maintain compliance with internal processes
