Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Life Sciences, or related field)
  • 1-3 years experience in business development, sales support, lead generation, or B2B commercial roles
  • Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical services) advantageous
  • Multiple languages preferred, English and German fluently, French beneficial
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Commercial mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) preferred

Tasks

  • Support lead generation and prospecting
  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline
  • Engage with customers to understand needs

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Track sales opportunities
  • Coordinate RFIs, QIFs, and quotations
  • Develop competitive proposals
