  • Develop relationships with global and regional premium Beauty brands
  • Identify and qualify opportunities with new national customers
  • Lead product proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiations
  • Coordinate daily operational topics with internal cross-functional teams
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Ensure professional and consistent customer communication
  • Attend tradeshows, exhibitions, and congresses across the region
  • Travel within EMEA to support business development activities
