Requirements

  • Builder mindset with ability to scale teams and processes
  • Manager-seller capabilities in hands-on capacity
  • GTM-engineering skills with AI tools application understanding
  • Strong written outreach capabilities and confident verbal communication
  • Ability to understand client use cases and pain points
  • Hands-on experience with BDR technology stacks
  • 10+ years in BDR team leader roles with prospecting and pipeline generation track record
  • 5+ years in individual contributor BDR roles
  • Demonstrated people management and team leadership skills
  • Financial services, banking, and/or asset management industry experience
  • Proven expertise with AI tools, automation platforms, and sales engagement technology
  • Ability to understand complex products and translate into client value propositions
  • Experience designing and optimizing BDR processes and strategies
  • Organized, proactive, results-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability
  • Valid work permit

  • Establish and monitor KPIs
  • Track BDR productivity and pipeline quality
  • Deliver strategic reporting to leadership
  • Leverage market intelligence for outreach
