- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in e-mobility, retail, parking, or fuel infrastructure
- Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and large enterprise accounts
- Structured, independent working style with strong sense of ownership and get-things-done attitude
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and data-driven approach to managing sales activities
- Native-level German and fluent English skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with deep customer focus
Tasks
- Drive commercial growth in retail, parking, and fuel station sectors
- Position vaylens backend solutions for efficient EV charging management
- Identify new market opportunities through trend analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ensure customer retention with structured account planning
- Manage proactive success and timely issue resolution
- Leverage CRM tools to track sales pipeline and interactions
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams
