Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel management, preferably in technology or SaaS
  • Experience managing international markets and strategic partnerships
  • Understanding of European market dynamics and channel sales models
  • Ability to build and manage partner ecosystems including OEMs, platforms, and system integrators
  • Negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience building sales pipelines and driving revenue growth
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and competitor insights
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience working with European distributors and channel partners
  • Additional European language skills (Spanish, French, or Greek) are highly desirable
  • Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and partnership management tools

Tasks

  • Prioritize and evaluate European markets for expansion
  • Develop tailored go-to-market plans for each country
  • Track country performance and revenue potential
  • Identify, recruit, and manage OEM, platform, and systems-integrator partners
  • Serve as the main liaison for strategic partners
  • Create joint business plans with partners
  • Provide training to partners
  • Coordinate partner activities
  • Monitor distributor and channel partner performance
  • Ensure effective market execution by partners
  • Provide guidance and support to partners
  • Identify and address partner performance gaps
  • Help partners improve commercial activities
  • Direct partners to realign with priorities
  • Coordinate activities between partners and direct sales
  • Manage potential channel overlaps
  • Maintain healthy partner relationships
  • Support business growth through channel activities
  • Contribute to practical action plans for sales channels
  • Ensure disciplined execution across sales channels
  • Act as the primary contact for partner issues
  • Liaise with customers, partners, and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Serve as the first point of contact for direct inquiries from Europe
  • Handle direct sales processes, including discovery and negotiation
  • Assign opportunities to appropriate partners
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
  • Negotiate and structure alliances to expand company footprint
  • Analyze partner and customer situations
  • Track market trends and competitor activities
  • Inform decisions and refine strategies based on analysis
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner executives and customers
  • Handle day-to-day partner communications
  • Manage operational partner tasks
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams
  • Ensure partnership initiatives deliver measurable results
  • Represent the company at European events and conferences
  • Promote products at events
  • Build new relationships at events
  • Keep accurate records of sales and partnership agreements
  • Monitor KPIs
  • Provide data-driven insights for improvement
