Tasks
- Capture and scale TAM in Defense vertical
- Position HP’s Defense value proposition effectively
- Identify and shape Defense business opportunities
- Create qualified sales pipeline aligned with Defense TAM
- Accelerate complex, multi-year Defense sales cycles
- Build high-value Defense network with key stakeholders
- Engage customers on strategic topics like digital sovereignty
- Represent HP consistently in Defense forums and events
- Develop strong commercial relationships with ecosystem partners
- Enable HP’s inclusion in multi-vendor Defense solutions
- Drive joint value positioning and co-selling with partners
- Gather and analyze Defense market intelligence
- Map key public and private Defense stakeholders
- Track Defense programs, funding cycles, and investment priorities
- Refine TAM evolution and opportunity prioritization
- Identify and activate Defense SMB growth opportunities
- Translate Defense SMB needs into scalable HP offers
- Enable repeatable, partner-led sales motions for Defense SMBs
- Ensure Defense SMBs are a sustainable growth engine
- Localize HP’s Defense value proposition with CoE resources
- Contribute to Defense-focused ABM initiatives and events
- Reinforce HP’s positioning as a secure and trusted provider
- Identify and prioritize Defense-critical certifications
- Align sales motions with regulatory and security constraints
