Requirements
- University degree in Electrical/Electronic/Automation/Software Engineering
- Experience with Grid Automation, Substation Automation, Protection Relays
- Knowledge of Utility segment (TSO and DSO)
- Experience with multi-channel go to market, including channel partners
- International environment work with collaborative attitude
- Global mindset, intercultural sensitivity, excellent communication skills
- Business Strategy knowledge
- Budget & Performance Targets knowledge
- Customer Experience Success knowledge
- Digital Marketing knowledge
Tasks
- Define and implement product marketing strategies for Grid Automation
- Support sales teams in driving sales and services for assigned products
- Scout and onboard new Channel Partners
- Create and implement local go-to-market strategies for Grid Automation
- Communicate product value propositions and positioning
- Coordinate Product Marketing Specialists within the Grid Automation community
- Promote and homologate Grid Automation products
- Generate demand through technical promotion and opportunity identification
- Evaluate market opportunities and propose activities
- Promote the Grid Automation Channel Partner Program
- Define partnership business plans
- Bridge the value chain between Division Marketing & Sales and Factory Marketing & Sales
- Improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction
- Achieve total demand orders and growth margin targets
- Maintain net price variance and Net Promoter Score
- Ensure on-time delivery of assigned products
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support market pricing policy for Grid Automation
- Guide and coordinate Product Marketing Specialists
- Implement product support and training
