Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the European automotive aftermarket at both regional and national levels
  • Completed commercial training and several years of successful experience in the independent aftermarket Europe
  • Excellent network in the independent aftermarket (national/international)
  • High level of commitment and initiative
  • Strong communication skills and convincing appearance
  • Strong negotiation skills and willingness to take calculated risks
  • Proper handling of direct reporting lines and matrix organization
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel in Europe and participate in international events and trade shows
  • High level of initiative, commitment, ambition, and energy
  • Analytical, pragmatic, proactive person with a hunger for success

Tasks

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Acquire new customers and define sales channels
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Sell high-quality OES and OES products in the International Aftermarket
  • Monitor and manage the existing customer structure
  • Convert sales opportunities into long-term customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and marketing
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows
  • Expand SEG's market presence through networking
  • Independently acquire and manage key customers
  • Implement pricing strategies aligned with revenue and EBIT targets
  • Monitor and plan customer revenues and forecasts
  • Communicate with sales, marketing, production, and logistics teams
  • Negotiate contracts with key and new customers
