Requirements

  • Completed commercial training in business administration
  • Several years of experience in Independent Aftermarket Europe (sales, key account management or business development)
  • Excellent network in independent aftermarket (national/international)
  • High motivation and number orientation
  • Strong communication skills and convincing manner
  • Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Strong negotiating skills and willingness to take calculable risks
  • Correct handling of direct reporting lines and matrix organization
  • Entrepreneurial and business-minded thinking
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel in Europe and participate in international events

Tasks

  • Develop solid relationships with key and new customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Expand long-term business relationships with existing partners
  • Acquire and support key customers and purchasing cooperations independently
  • Contribute to business growth and the company's success
  • Implement pricing strategies aligned with sales and EBIT targets
  • Monitor and plan customer sales and forecasts
  • Network in IAM and embrace new technologies
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics to meet customer needs
  • Negotiate contracts with key and new customers to achieve long-term goals
  • Participate in internal reviews with clear, structured reporting
