Go-to-market ownership for performance media buyers on mobile and CTV. Minimum 3 years in affiliate/mobile performance advertising required. Flexible WFH, direct access to top management.

- Track record of closing deals with partners/customers
- Existing network of contacts in affiliate industry
- Excellent English command (writing and speaking)
- Strong prioritization, multitasking, adaptability
- Passion for performance marketing industry
- Preference for fast-paced, dynamic, international environment
- Experience working with hybrid remote teams
- Strong work ethics, results orientation, initiative, assertiveness
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good understanding of technical concepts (tracking, integrations, ML)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Previous public speaking experience in industry events (plus)
- Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity
- Motivation to build AI-first execution toolset
Tasks
- Own Go-To-Market for Performance Media Buyers
- Represent Kayzen at industry conferences
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners and customers
- Prioritize and sign key clients
- Understand business prospects' goals and needs
- Provide product advisory and strategic consultation
- Apply strict filtering and prioritization to leads
- Collaborate with C-Suite on GTM strategies
- Build and maintain industry contacts
- Close deals and onboard customers
- Ensure sustainable revenue growth
- Empathize with clients to understand their needs
- Analyze industry trends
- Develop best-in-class messaging and positioning
- Use GTM tools and systems effectively
- Collect and funnel market feedback internally
