- Expand knowledge base on expansion models and process templates
- Develop ESOP guidelines and performance management practices
- Implement tech recruiting strategies and employer branding
- Translate business plans into talent and people strategies
- Step in on urgent and critical tasks as needed
- Set standards for AI and automation in venture development
- Build scalable tools and workflows for talent acquisition
- Work with founders on growth and cost-cutting initiatives
- Support first hires and team scaling efforts
- Design and lead mission-critical projects
- Collaborate with studio and investment teams on projects
- Work closely with founders and leadership teams
- Expand ecosystem of venture development partnerships
- Engage with recruitment partners and employment lawyers
