- Manage succession planning with business leaders
- Lead HR projects based on business needs
- Collaborate with the local works council
- Foster positive employee relations
- Drive employer branding and recruiting initiatives
- Coordinate employee lifecycle events with the Delivery Center
- Prepare HR analyses, reports, and presentations
- Implement talent and performance management strategies
- Oversee workforce and compensation planning
- Support change management and diversity programs
