Requirements

• •Degree in HR, Economics, Social Sciences or comparable education
• •Minimum 4 years of HR experience
• •Result-oriented teamwork and willingness to learn
• •Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• •Excellent organizational skills
• •Strong communication and presentation skills
• •Fluent German and English skills
• •Very good MS Office knowledge
• •Experience as an HRBP
• •Strong training facilitation skills
• •Proficiency with HR Information Systems
• •Ability to influence and engage stakeholders
• •Experience in global cross-functional organizations
• •Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• •Strong leadership and change management skills
• •Eligibility to work in country of application

Tasks

• •Provide strategic and operational HR support

• •Coach line managers on various people topics

• •Facilitate annual merit and performance reviews
• •Manage succession planning with business leaders

• •Collaborate with the local works council

• •Drive employer branding and recruiting initiatives
• •Coordinate employee lifecycle events with the Delivery Center
• •Prepare HR analyses, reports, and presentations
• •Implement talent and performance management strategies
• •Oversee workforce and compensation planning
