Tasks

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer account management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions based on customer needs
  • Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify improvement areas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare status reports
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities
  • Manage challenging client requests and issue escalations
