- Perform activities to a high standard consistently
- Lead and supervise a team, guiding professional development
- Partner with other functions and business areas
- Take responsibility for team operational processing
- Escalate policy breaches appropriately
- Manage risk and strengthen controls
- Build understanding of sub-function integration
- Make evaluative judgments based on factual information
- Resolve problems using technical expertise
- Act as a contact point for external stakeholders
- Manage customer relationships and business development
- Assist with day-to-day portfolio management
- Engage with product specialists for new opportunities
- Support client onboarding and compliance processes
