Tasks

  • Support Head of Global Project & Launch Management and the department
  • Coordinate calendars and appointments
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and department events
  • Arrange business trips
  • Support onboarding of new team members and temporary staff
  • Coordinate administrative processes like purchase orders and invoices
  • Support budget tracking and cost follow-up
  • Maintain templates, records, and filing structures
  • Support project-related administration, including confidentiality agreements
  • Coordinate PMO reporting and governance activities
  • Organize project reviews and governance meetings
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials and minutes
  • Coordinate monthly reporting to senior management
  • Maintain SharePoint sites and Teams channels for collaboration
