Requirements
- •Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- •More than 10 years of experience in building materials industry
- •Proven track record in managing multi-country or regional operations
- •Strong understanding of RMC production processes and plant operations
- •Ability to integrate operational, technical, commercial, and financial perspectives
- •Excellent leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- •Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
- •Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- •Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- •Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
- •Willingness to travel extensively across assigned countries/regions

- •Act as the primary CCR contact for country management teams
- •Drive the implementation of operational excellence and performance improvement programs
- •Align country-specific performance plans with global CCR objectives
- •Support the delivery of critical KPIs in various areas
- •Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange between countries
- •Prioritize and allocate CCR resources across countries and projects
- •Review and support country teams in CapEx project development
- •Lead regional prioritization of CCR resources based on strategic importance
- •Monitor and report on progress in operational excellence
- •Conduct benchmarking across Area RMC operations
- •Support local management in developing capability-building programs
- •Ensure collaboration with Global & Area CCR teams and external partners
- •Represent CCR in Board Meetings and strategic forums
- •Recruit qualified team members and establish clear accountabilities
