Tasks
- •Develop strategy at area, country, and group levels
- •Conduct regular portfolio reviews and strategic planning
- •Analyze construction markets, competitors, and industry trends
- •Communicate strategic insights to senior management
- •Manage cross-functional projects and global initiatives autonomously
- •Drive strategic priorities through complex program management
- •Present findings to internal steering committees
- •Steer M&A projects, partnerships, and divestments
- •Identify and assess potential acquisition targets
- •Lead due diligence and auction processes
- •Coordinate internal and third-party stakeholders during negotiations
- •Manage post-merger integrations and carve-out activities
- •Review CAPEX and M&A projects for board approval
- •Assess country-led development projects strategically
- •Liaise with country management and technical functions
- •Perform ad-hoc business intelligence and competitor analyses
